When our team members thrive, they’re happier. When they’re happier, they’re more productive. And the business grows.
When I completed my first coaching certification, I quickly discovered I was too close to my team to coach them in the ways that would really help them to thrive.
Just as you can only tell your kids so much about life, you can only offer so much coaching to your direct team at work.
I like to work with high-achievers. Driven professionals who want business AND life success.
They’re a breed apart form the masses. They have big goals. They have the drive to achieve them. You know who they are. You know because they’re the A Players on your team.
Or maybe you can see the potential in one of your B players. Someone who could become an A player with just a little more guidance.
Because they’re so great, your A players often get ignored. They can look after themselves. So your attention is drawn to the C level players who need more attention to get the work done. Your C players drain your energy, and there’s not enough left for the A players who can take the business to the next level.

How does Corporate Coaching Work?
- It’s a minimum 6 month commitment
- You decide which team members have the opportunity to be coached
- Coaching sessions are most effective when completed in a series – not a stop and start regime
- All coaching sessions are confidential and cannot be discussed without the team member’s express consent
- A private space where there will be no interruptions is ideal
- coaching sessions are in 50 minute blocks vial Zoom. No travel is required
- The team member books their own sessions online based on availability
- 2 complimentary coaching sessions are available to the principal/ team lead each month
- Additional sessions are available at standard coaching rates
Corporate Package Options
12 50-minute coaching sessions per month
- 3 sessions per week during a pre-determined block of time
- 2 complimentary sessions for the principal/ team lead
- Standard coaching fees reduced by 5% when paid monthly in advance
20 50-minute coaching sessions per month
- 5 sessions per week during a pre-determined block of time
- 2 complimentary sessions for the principal/ team lead
- Standard coaching fees reduced by 10% when paid monthly in advance
32 50-minute coaching sessions per month
- 8 sessions per week during a pre-determined block of time
- 2 complimentary sessions for the principal/ team lead
- Standard coaching fees reduced by 15% when paid monthly in advance
Notes:
- Expanded corporate packages available on request
- Additional coaching sessions requested outside the contract are available at standard coaching rates
- Payment in advance for the full contract unlocks another 10% savings
