I’ve learned to develop the systems and structures to create an efficient, profitable business.  I’ve spent years learning from the best and implementing systems strategies to build my businesses.  I kept thinking that if learned a little more, worked a little longer, and a little more efficiently, I would have the magic combination for the business and life of my dreams.  I slowly became one of those people who go, go, go all the time with little time or attention to the life I was creating.

Enter personal development.  The business development strategies provided many of the answers, yet there was something missing. I explored leadership, emotional intelligence and mindset.  I finally found the gold in developing my mindset and becoming the leader I needed to be.  I quickly learned that mindset, beliefs and emotional intelligence have far more influence on business and personal success, and fulfillment, than any strategy we might imagine.

As a coach, I work with entrepreneurs and driven professionals who go, go, go all the time and want to make a change in their lives and businesses.  That’s where productivity and effectiveness come in.  As a mindset, life, and strategic intervention coach I have the mindset tools, strategies and life experience to help my clients discover the internal resources that unlock their lives.  I combine masculine solution-oriented energy with feminine intuitive energy to guide my clients do the work on the inside, creating internal freedom – a critical component of a compelling future, our ideal life, and ideal business.
