The 4 Pillars of Internal Freedom
The 4 Pillars are the framework that I use to guide my clients to their goals. We may progress in the order they’re listed, or we might mix it up. Each pillar informs the others. Each step brings us closer to our goals.
It’s a simple, yet profound process to having it all.
All you need to do is consistently repeat these 4 steps and you can achieve anything you want in life. It’s simple, yet its not always easy!
CLARITY – what do you want and why do you want it? To achieve anything, we need a clear vision. This is not a one time process. We gain clarity throughout the process and throughout our lives.
ENERGY – understand, create and practice the rituals that build your energy, not deplete it. (physical, spiritual, psychological) Everything requires energy. Make sure you’ve got the right energy to succeed!
MINDSET – find the blind spots that keep you stuck and remove them. They’re often well hidden! They’re called blind spots for a reason!
INSPIRED ACTION – (not frantic action) is the key to moving toward all your goals.
I’ve given you the secret sauce. Now you have 3 options:
- Keep doing what you’ve been doing. Don’t change a thing. Nothing will change. It’s all safe and familiar.
- Go through these 4 profound steps, figuring it out for yourself. After all, you’re bright and capable. That’s how you’ve gotten as far as you have. Congratulations! It might take a while, but you CAN do it on your own.
- Enlist some support and accelerate your journey. You’ve waited long enough!

How does Coaching Work?
We all have incredible potential in this world.
My task as your coach is to draw your potential to the surface, encouraging you to make progress toward your goals, and overcome the hurdles that block your path.
I view your goals from an outside perspective, using tools to help you break through challenges.
I provide support and accountability. We all need support to break through the challenges that hold us back.
I work collaboratively with you to support you in identifying and achieving your goals. Many of the answers you seek are already within you. In our busy world, it’s often difficult to find these answers. From a place of calm, I’ll help you find the clarity to pull it all together.
A coaching relationship is not psychological counselling or psychotherapy. I believe there is nothing inherently “wrong” with you. We won’t delve into your past. We reference your past only as a means to understanding a current block to your goals.
